For patients who wish to proceed beyond a complimentary suitability consultation. May include clinical photographs, digital scans, X-rays and other assessments where clinically appropriate. If you would like records taken at the same visit as your suitability consultation, please request this when booking so we can reserve a longer appointment of approximately 30 minutes. This fee is not credited against the treatment fee.
